It’s hard to determine which company’s phones are being returned to the retailer more than others, but there are plenty of people on social networking sites saying they’re taking their BlackBerry Storm back to the store.
One blogger believes the Storm has improved a lot since its November release, but claims the new smartphone is still “difficult to use and confusing.”
He says many smartphone users are suffering from a “learning curve” in the early stages of this technology.
