Net2000 Communications (www.net2000.com) introduced its Net2000 Simple Pak, a flat-rate bundle of telecom services, including frame relay, Internet access, local and long-distance voice, and video applications.

Simple Pak offers five customized packages designed for businesses of various sizes. The first three packages are designed for smaller businesses, while options four and five are best suited for mid-sized and large companies, says Kevin Magee, senior manager of vertical marketing and local service channel marketing at Net2000.

Package one includes 10 to 15 business lines, 10,000 minutes of local usage, 4,000 minutes of long distance and 256 kbps Internet access. With the “bonus plan,” customers can also get e-mail, a subscription to Business Manager (Net2000’s online telemanagement tool), and 50 percent discounts on frame relay.

Package two and three are for customers who purchase either analog or digital trunks, and includes the option to upgrade from 256 kbps to 512 kbps Internet access for an additional $150 a month.

Package four incorporates two T1s with voice and 512 kbps Internet access. And, with package five medium and large businesses can get all the basic services in addition to video conferencing, which includes 10 hours of video conferencing, the associated equipment and maintenance.

The Simple Pak offerings are available in all markets that Net2000 currently serves. Pricing, Magee says, is market specific and ranges from $1,000 a month to $4,300 a month.
