Sprint Corp. on Friday announced closing the sale of its directory publishing business, Sprint Publishing & Advertising, to R.H. Donnelley for $2.23 billion.
Sprint says the sale of Sprint Publishing -- the country’s sixth largest directory publisher with 260 white and yellow page directories -- will generate at least $2.1 billion in after-tax proceeds.
