California residents now can purchase broadband service from the country’s biggest long-distance phone company: AT&T Corp.
AT&T today said it expanded high-speed Internet service in the Golden State, bringing to 26 the number of states where the company offers DSL along with a package of local and long-distance services.
AT&T offers consumers broadband service through an agreement with Covad Communications Group Inc.
