Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies have tapped INFONXX Inc. (Booth 165) to provide them with directory assistance and enhanced information services. The two affiliates telcos serve subscribers in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.
In addition to local and national directory assistance services, the telcos' subscribers can connect with such enhanced services as restaurant listings, local event details, driving directions, horoscopes and weather forecasts.
More than 2,600 INFONXX customer service representatives serve wireless, landline, traditional and VoIP service provider and corporate customers connecting to U.S. directory assistance and enhanced information services.
