Jeff K. Storey, president and CEO of WilTel Communications, will deliver the keynote address at the CompTel/ASCENT Spring 2005 Convention & Expo, Feb. 14-17 in New Orleans.

Prior to becoming president and CEO, Storey served as senior vice president of operations, where he led WilTel’s network operations and was responsible for the company’s long-distance voice launch in 1999. Before joining WilTel in 1999, Storey was vice president of commercial broadband services for Cox Communications in Atlanta. Storey also has held management positions at Cox Fibernet, Southwestern Bell Technology Resources Inc., Bell Communications Research and Southwestern Bell Telephone.
