Cramer, a London-based company that provides software to telecom carriers, has expanded its North America business by locating its new headquarters in Plano, Texas.
Plano will be home for Cramer's Americas executive and support teams, including sales, sales engineering, consulting, marketing, human resources, accounting, customer care, alliances, training and IT. The city also will be the hub for other Cramer offices in the Western Hemisphere, spanning multiple locations in Canada, Latin America and the United States.

"The exceptional pool of talent in the Dallas area and the central location make it an ideal spot for Cramer to build on our market momentum and invest for growth."
More than 60 telecom operators worldwide use Cramer’s software to increase efficiency. Its customers include BellSouth Corp., Bell Canada, BT and Vodafone.
