Canadian service provider TELUS Corp. is installing OSS software from NetCracker Technology across its wireline network, and for its inventory and fulfillment systems.
The NetCracker technology will replace TELUS’ legacy systems and will integrate with the provider’s network management and billing applications, as well.
NetCracker already has contracts with companies including Telstra Inc., Covad Communications Group Inc., Time Warner Telecom and Omnitel, which serves the Baltic region.
