Revenue assurance company Azure Solutions Ltd. said this week it has launched Azure Inter-Party Management as the product in its next-generation revenue assurance portfolio. The company also said it is integrating the Certo revenue assurance platform into its technology.
Azure Inter-Party Management will give operators real-time rating, billing and partner management for next-generation services, the company says. Partners also will be able to view their data and business online.
Meanwhile, integrating Certo’s technology means operators can manage a complete revenue assurance, fraud, interconnect, and route optimization portfolio from one vendor’s technology platform, Azure says.
“Effectively managing partner relationships will be one of the biggest revenue assurance challenges facing operators from next-generation services,” says John Cronin, president and CEO of Azure. “Azure Inter-Party Management will help ensure that operators are part of the content chain and [enable them] to manage partner relationships in order that all revenues due to them are actually collected.”
