Neutral interconnection and colocation provider Switch and Data says it is beefing up its presence in four markets – 60 Hudson in New York City, as well as Buffalo, N.Y.; Palo Alto, Calif.; and Toronto.
The company says it is quadrupling power and tripling space at its PAIX facility in Palo Alto, while expansion and investments in Buffalo, Toronto and 60 Hudson will double its presence in those markets.
Switch and Data expects expansion work to be done in Buffalo and Toronto within the first quarter of this year, with 60 Hudson and Palo Alto to be completed in the second and third quarters, respectively.
“Market and customer growth is expanding, and we are meeting these demands with more space, more power and more resiliency,” says CEO Keith Olsen.
