The Telecommunications Industry Association’s (TIA) board of directors earlier this week elected eight new board members.
The new board members are Michael Thurk, group vice president of enterprise for Avaya; Charlie Fox, general manager of Tyco; Carlos Munoz, CEO of Cam Communications Inc.; and Alexis Scott, executive vice president of Lexcom Telecommunications Company.
Michael Glickman, vice president, U.S. service provider for Cisco Systems Inc.; Hilary Mine, senior vice president of Alcatel; Rob Pullen, senior vice president of North America sales for Tellabs; and Dana Rasmussen, senior vice president and general manager, next generation business unit, for Siemens Carrier Networks, will assume unfulfilled seats on the board.
