Consulting company Accenture plans to use Microsoft Corp.’s Connected Services Framework as the core of the .NET-based version of its Service Delivery Platform, technology that enables the launch of wireline and wireless multimedia services.
The company made the announcement this week at SUPERCOMM.
Accenture’s Service Delivery Platform is part of Accenture Communications Solutions.
Accenture says its Service Delivery Platform and the Microsoft Connected Services Framework will deploy, provision, execute, manage, and bill services such as IPTV.
