Occam Networks and Tekelec are working together to provide products and technology for triple-play deployments.
The companies made the announcement at SUPERCOMM.
Wisconsin-based LaValle Telephone Cooperative is one of the first operators that have deployed a joint Tekelec-Occam solution, made up of the Tekelec 7000 Class 5 Packet Switch and the Occam BLC 6000 IP-based broadband Line Access Gateways and Loop Carrier systems.
