Agilent Technologies this week at VON will be announcing new monitoring and support capabilities for its NGN Analysis System (NGN AS), which provides improved quality of service for VoIP session border controlled networks.
These new capabilities enable the NGN AS to monitor session border controller data, assemble and correlate all signaling associated with complex IP peering VoIP calls, and give service providers visibility of their subscribers' entire service experience, ultimately reducing churn and improving QoS.
