Microsoft is using VON this week to showcase a range of solutions that enable service providers to deliver the triple play of voice, video and data services over IP infrastructure.
The Microsoft exhibit also features a demonstration of Microsoft Connected Services Framework, an integrated, server-based software solution for building and managing services using a service-oriented architecture.
Connected Services Framework allows telecommunications operators and service providers to aggregate, provision and manage converged communications services for their subscribers regardless of network or device type.
Specific solutions being demonstrated at VON include the Microsoft Solution for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration, Microsoft Solution for Enhanced VoIP Services, Microsoft TV, Microsoft Connected Services Framework, Microsoft Office Communicator, Microsoft Office Live Meeting, and Microsoft Office Live Communications Server.
