Seamless Skyy-Fi Inc., a subsidiary of Seamless Wi-Fi Inc., has acquired GuestWorx, an Internet services company that specializes in Wi-Fi for the hospitality industry.
GuestWorx was a division of Softnet Technology Inc. Its proprietary software was developed specifically for hotels. Once the program is installed GuestWorx can then provide around-the-clock phone or Internet tech support.
GuestWorx has installed high speed Internet access, both wired and wirelessly in more than 15 hotels. The company also provides tech support for approximately 30 hotels.
