XO Interactive (XOI), a developer of IVR user interfaces and division of XO Communications Inc., said today it has agreed to add Metaphor Solutions’ speech IVR applications to its hosting infrastructure.
XOI will offer all 30 of Metaphor’s applications, including that company’s life-cycle management tools, on its Teleservices platform.
The applications help companies roll out automated speech solutions, reducing the need for human intervention, on their IVR systems. Metaphor’s management tools are Web-based and include application configuration, report generation and application monitoring.
