Enterprise OSS software maker Cramer said today its Enterprise Inventory Management platform will be integrated into the IBM Corp. Service Delivery Platform, comprising an off-the-shelf product that will help operators deliver voice, data and video services, the company said.
IBM and Cramer will conduct tests at the IBM Telecommunications Solutions Laboratory in Austin, Texas.
Cramer's inventory-powered process automation technology will support network planning, real-time triple-play services provisioning, and service assurance data enrichment and resolution. It also will enable network resource management.
“Cramer and IBM share a vision for the triple-play marketplace – to accelerate next-generation transformation by enabling real-time service fulfillment from the order to the network,” said Guy Dubois, president and CEO of Cramer. “The Service Delivery Platform for Triple Play will make this a reality for the first time.”
