Research firm Dittberner Associates Inc. this week said Telcordia Technologies offers the best provisioning and network inventory functions for wireline carriers.
Dittberner’s new report, “Provisioning, Network Inventory, and Service Management Solutions,” lauds Telcordia for functions key to wireline operators; those functions include network inventory, transport provisioning and the ability to manage complex network orders.
The research company also gave Telcordia top honors for its OSS platforms for service, resource, inventory and workforce management.
