Turner Media Group (TMG), a provider of interactive TV advertising, said yesterday it has promoted Jodie McAfee to senior vice president of corporate development and marketing.
McAfee joined TMG in May 2004 as vice president of business development. McAfee now will oversee corporate strategy, new business development and client relationships, as well as marketing and corporate communications for Turner Media Group and its divisions The Networks Group and Turner Advertising Group.
Prior to TMG, McAfee served as managing partner and vice president of content acquisitions at Cayde & Associates LCC, where he was responsible for the development and distribution of niche broadband video channels. He also has worked for Crown Media International, parent of The Hallmark Channel’s international arm, Soundbite Communications and Columbia Tri-Star Television.
