PAETEC Communications Inc. said this week it has expanded its MPLS network so it can offer its data services to U.S.-based companies with locations around the world.
Dubbed World-Reach MPLS, the service reaches customers in more than 50 countries, including those in Asia, Europe and South America.
Customers must be based in one of PAETEC’s domestic on-net markets to qualify for World-Reach.
“As globalization continues to increase, it's essential to serve customers with an international presence,” said EJ Butler, COO of PAETEC.
PAETEC initially launched its MPLS service in 2004, and in 2005, expanded its MPLS network domestically, reaching 150 North American markets.
