Fluke Networks has unveiled its redesigned Web site, which features more technical content and faster tools for finding information. The new Web site, driven by a commitment to provide Network SuperVision to IT and telecom professionals, offers localized content through 15 country sites in 10 different languages.
The new site was designed and modified through multiple rounds of customer research conducted worldwide. Fluke Network’s site includes a new solutions center and a search tool that renders results by category, including technical documentation and software downloads. A search box, an advanced search window and a site navigation tool also are available. In addition, a task-based product finder and a product-based product compare tool are included to help customers access information.
