Ditech Networks recently announced that MetaSwitch, a provider of IMS switching and applications solutions, will offer Ditech's PeerPoint C100 session border controller as part of its voice-over-broadband solutions for carriers.
The agreement allows MetaSwitch to provide interoperability at the network edge for carriers who offer IP-based services or are migrating from circuit-based to next-generation packet-based voice and triple-play services.
