BellSouth Corp. said Monday it has lowered the price of its premium DSL Internet service by $4 per month.
BellSouth FastAccess DSL Xtreme 6.0 is available to new customers for $42.95 per month. With the purchase of the service, new customers, or those upgrading from a lower speed, can also add at no additional charge BellSouth FastAccess HomeNetworking Plus, previously $5 per month, and Premium Internet Security services for one PC, which was $6.99 per month.
FastAccess HomeNetworking Plus allows customers to share their DSL Internet access, files and printers on up to four computers while using a wireless connection. Premium Internet Security features applications designed to help keep PCs free of spyware, viruses and tracking cookies.
BellSouth offers FastAccess DSL for both consumer and business customers.
