Mirapoint Inc. and Network Appliance Inc. are integrating their Message Server and FAS storage systems for a disaster recovery platform designed to protect business e-mail.
The platform is designed specifically for the retrieval and storage of millions of e-mails. It offers backup and disaster recovery, continuous data protection, archival, storage of e-mail for meeting regulatory and compliance requirements, and simplified message administration, the companies said.
