Cbeyond Inc. has unveiled its Integrated Voicemail service, which merges the company’s mobile and landline voice messaging into one voice mail box.

Other features include unified messaging, zero-out for assistance and message notification.

The unified messaging feature allows customers to manage their voice messages from their e-mail inbox. With its zero-out feature, callers can exit voice mail, instead of leaving a message, by dialing zero to receive immediate assistance. With message notification options, customers can receive an e-mail, text message and/or IVR phone notification to their mobile phone when a voice mail has been left on their landline.

The Integrated Voicemail service now is included in the company’s base package.

Cbeyond offers more than 20 software-based applications to more than 27,000 small business customers.
