Global Crossing said Wednesday there are now 53 service providers offering its Fast-Track Services portfolio to enterprise customers. The Global Partner Program (GPP) has deployed platforms to more than 400 end-user enterprises since the program began in October 2004.
The Fast-Track Services portfolio includes IP VPN, VoIP, collaboration services, dedicated Internet access, International private line, ATM, frame relay and managed services. The services are provided via Global Crossing’s global IP-based MPLS network, which reaches more than 600 cities in 60 countries and transports more than 2.5 billion VoIP minutes per month.
The GPP offers a support model for partners, including commercial engagement managers, sales engineers and customer support managers. The program includes co-marketing and event planning, training sessions and working with partners’ sales teams to identify enterprise sales opportunities.
Global Crossing also provides its partners with the uCommand Web-based account management tool, which provides pricing, ordering, provisioning, reporting, billing and trouble management capabilities for all Fast-Track products.
