Ceon Corp., Highdeal and Visionael Corp. announced at TeleManagement World 2007 a joint end-to-end billing and OSS platform.
The combined solution lets service providers launch and manage multiplay offerings on a regular basis, the companies said. The product combines each of the companies’ core software application capabilities to deliver an end-to-end solution to support "flow through" product introduction.
The product includes service and resource inventory, pricing configuration, product lifecycle and catalog management, provisioning and rating and billing.
The platform relies on Visionael's Systems Orchestrator, Provisioning Services Manager and Network Resource Manager for product fulfillment, modeling of physical and logical resources, and supported technical services. It uses Highdeal's Transactive for defining price plans in the rating application and rating utilized services. Ceon's Product Control Center constructs the product offering and reflects the price plan and technical service building blocks.
