OSG Billing Services announced an agreement to manage invoice presentment and distribution services for CornerStone Telephone Co., an integrated communications provider of local and long-distance phone services, specializing in SMBs.
CornerStone will use OSG Dynamic Messaging, an online application that uses Word processing commands to create messages with graphics or photographs on the front page of the invoice. This application will enable CornerStone to design a more flexible invoice format with increased marketing capabilities and enhanced subscriber communication, according to OSG.
“The industry is increasingly moving towards a ‘content’ model of product and service delivery,” said Scott Gilbert, CIO for Cornerstone, adding that the company is “embracing this [trend] by expanding the number of complimentary services it offers that appeal to the small-to-medium business market.”
