Germany’s Infineon Technologies plans to acquire Texas Instruments Inc.’s DSL Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) business.
The transaction is expected to close sometime this summer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Infineon said it plans to continue supporting Texas Instruments' products and existing customer designs.
