OSG Billing Services said Thursday it will manage invoice presentment and distribution services for Citynet.
Citynet provides telecommunication services to both wholesale and retail customers in the Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana, as well as wholesale carrier grade connectivity to 17 other states in the mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.
The company said it is outsourcing its invoice production with OSG Billing Services to improve print and mail efficiencies and reduce postage costs.
It will be using the OSG View product, a customer service support tool that will give the company’s CSRs instant access to an exact copy of the invoice. Citynet will also use OSG Dynamic Messaging, an online application that uses word processing commands to create messages with graphics or photographs on the front page of the invoice.
