OSG Billing Services announced an agreement to manage invoice presentment and distribution services for Cellular One, a wireless communications carrier in east central Illinois.

Cellular One will use OSG’s services to improve its print-and-mail efficiencies and invoice design, and more effectively communicate with customers, said OSG.

For increased marketing capabilities and subscriber communication, Cellular One implemented OSG Dynamic Messaging, an online application that creates messages with graphics or photographs on the front page of the invoice using Word commands. The company will use messaging areas and selective inserts to promote customer-only opportunities, such as promotions, special events, charitable organization fundraising opportunities and scholarship offerings.

Cellular One also selected OSG’s NCOA Link and Bad Address Report to reduce undeliverable mail and thus decrease postage and handling costs.

“We feel the new bill provides our company additional functionality and flexibility to better communicate with our customers,” said Colleen Wright, assistant general manager of Cellular One. “OSG Billing Services also provides a valuable interactive forum for customers to share ideas and learn from others.”
