CLEC Birch Communications Inc., which merged earlier this year with Integrated Access Networks, is buying 30,000 business lines several of its markets.
Birch said on Thursday it will acquire the customers from Navigator Telecommunications LLC in several states, including Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
The deal should close in October.
