LM Ericsson Telephone Co. (ERIC) has announced new IPTV middleware that it claims is integrated with IMS, and has been integrated with a series of third-party products. The vendor says its package is aligned with open standards.
The vendor has acquired a series of video companies in past years, but has been questioned for its past lack of IPTV middleware.
