NYPSC Has Shocking Concerns About Verizon FiOS

Verizon Communications Inc.’s (VZ) FiOS effort is running into some problems in New York, where regulators have voiced their concerns about safety risks associated with the company’s fiber-to-the-home installations. According to reports, FiOS installations in the state have not been grounded or bonded as specified in the National Electrical Code.
