ATLANTIC-ACM presented its Metro Carrier Excellence Awards on Monday to a handful of standout carriers. The winners were determined from the results of ATLANTIC-ACM's 2008 Metro Wholesale Report Card, which invites wholesale customers to evaluate the performance of their incumbent and competitive local carriers.
