Making another move beyond software licensing and into services, Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) today unveiled plans for a cloud computing offer called Windows Azure.
Microsoft will offer Windows Azure as a service, which will be supported by its own data centers running such Microsoft software as SQL Server.
