Avaya Inc. launched a speech-to-text application on Monday at VoiceCon, partnering with SpinVox Inc.. Speech-to-text delivers a voice mail message as an e-mail.
The enterprise IT vendor also announced outbound messaging for contact centers and a unified communications bundle of products.
