It now appears likely that a vote on the controversial AWS-3 spectrum will happen next week. Outgoing FCC chairman Kevin Martin has been pushing to get the deal done before the new presidential administration takes over in January.
A press conference is scheduled for Monday to discuss plans for a meeting and possible vote.
