Brasil Telecom, one of the largest telecommunications companies in South America, has signed a one-year agreement for Convergys' Dynamic Decisioning Solution.
The solution is supposed to drive revenue growth through customized customer offerings. Within four weeks of selecting and piloting it, Brasil Telecom claims it saw a 50 percent increase in cross-sell and up-sell acceptance rates from its customers.
