Fewer people will be caught with their pants down when the federally mandated switch from analog to digital TV becomes official in February. That’s according to new research from Nielsen.
The polling company reports that in October, only 7.7 percent of households were completely unready for the transition. That’s compared to 8.4 percent in September, the biggest drop in six months.
