Telstra Gets SaaS-y With Jamcracker

Telstra is the latest company to throw its hat into the software as a service (SaaS) ring.

The Aussie telco is partnering with Jamcracker to bring SaaS services, including messaging, security and CRM, to the small and medium business set.
