Evolving Systems (EVOL) has announced a leading wireless carrier picked its Tertio Service Activation and Service Verification products.
The yet-to-be-named carrier plans to replace its end-to-end BSS and OSS infrastructure.
Evolving Systems says data inconsistency was one of the carrier’s major concerns, an area where the Tertio products can help right away. The Service Activation software will provide a fully integrated convergent service provisioning solution for both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers. The Service Verification solution will help manage and reduce inconsistencies within the carrier's data by revealing and correcting inaccuracies between data held in the CRM system and subscriber data stored in the network, according to Evolving Systems.
