Don’t turn your back on social networking, telcos. That’s the message in a study released this week by IBM. But Big Blue discourages competing directly with Facebook and the other biggies.
The best move may be to add value to social networking by doing such things as adding mobile components to existing gated social networks and partnering with those in the industry who can share their knowledge.
