XO Communications (XOHO) has tapped Pacific Crossing to provide it with trans-Pacific connectivity.
XO is connected to Pacific Crossing’s PC-1 network via the latter’s Grover Beach, Calif., landing station, which carries to Shima and Ajigaura, Japan.
According to Insight Research numbers from 2008, 41 percent of global telecommunications revenue is expected to come from Asia by 2013.
