Contactual Upgrades Hosted Contact Center

Contactual this week announced the availability of Contactual OnDemand Contact Center Version 6, the latest release of its hosted contact center platform. The company said there are seven patents pending on this new version.

New features include a redesigned agent toolbar, ability to broadcast notices to agent groups, enhanced chat functions and desktop sharing.

Version 6 also offers improved security, a new reporting API and an improved IVR editor. Moreover, platform capacity, stability and interactive toolbar performance are all significantly improved over previous versions.

Contactual provides a hosted contact center solution for small and medium businesses and for departments within large organizations. Contactual’s design supports contact center setup and configuration within hours. Contactual’s contact center software is implemented without any costs. Once running, configuration changes are easy for subscribers to make on their own without requiring the expense and delay of professional services or maintenance contracts.
