Connectiv Solutions has announced a three-year contract extension with nTELOS.
nTELOS has been using Connectiv’s routeWATCH since 2004. The companies say the solution gives NTELOS a comprehensive window into wireless call routing and billing, to identify and resolve previously unknown network data gaps for measurable cost savings.
nTELOS is a provider of wireless voice and data services over six mobile switching centers in Virginia and West Virginia.
