State regulators in New Mexico are urging regional service provider SkyWi to hand over information about its subscribers so the PRC can help them find new Internet services.
Next week, Qwest plans to cut off all telecommunications services it provides to SkyWi and its subsidiaries as part of a financial dispute dating back to last year.
The New Mexico PRC wants SkyWi’s CEO to appear before them “to do the right thing” and help his soon-to-be-former customers keep the Internet “lights” on.
