With the filing deadline for the FCC’s revised Form 477 two weeks away, Technologies Management Inc. (TMI) introduced a census tract look-up solution at the COMPTEL PLUS Convention & Expo in Dallas that simplifies the process. The FCC has extended the filing date for the initial 2009 filing to March 16, 2009.
TMI performs the broadband to census tract mapping using a third-party-provided database. The company customized the database specifically for the purpose of providing the exact output needed to complete the Form 477 broadband report sections.
For Part IA of the 477, TMI’s output includes worksheets by state and service that precisely match the input fields required on this manual entry section of the 477.
For Part VI of the 477, TMI’s output includes an uploadable text file containing the broadband data by state, census tract and technology in the format required by the FCC.
The cost of the solution is $150, plus $25 per state for the first 100,000 service locations and each additional 100,000 service locations or fraction thereof. Special rates are available for greater than one million locates are available by contacting TMI.
