ANT Software demoed an interactive TV application in IPTV World in London this week allowing viewers to purchase goods from Amazon.com that tie into the program being watched.
When a viewer pauses the program, an Amazon window appears with a range of related books or DVDs. Users can purchase them with a PIN that is linked to his or her Amazon account.
